Jasper occurs in various colours - Red, Brown, Green, Blue, Purple etc and often has very interesting patterns on it.

Rose Quartz Earrings

Rose Quartz is a lovely pale pink stone and is quite translucent and can often be almost transparent.

Sodalite Earrings

Sodalite is quite opaque and ranges from dark to light blue with streaks white.

Turquoise is an opaque stone often veined and occurs in various shades of Turquoise and in green.

Most Turquoise used in Jewellery has been stabilised, treated or enhanced in some way in order to make it jewellery since turquoise is a very porous substance and is too soft to be used on its own.
