Tumblestone Earrings: Sodalite

These Earrings were made using two pieces of Deep Blue Sodalite Tumblestones. The stones were tumbled in our workshop from rough.

Earrings have a 30 mm drop and the earwires are also made from Sterling Silver wire.

The beauty of these earrings is that though the stones have been matched as near as I possibly could there is a small variation in the actual size and shape. The two stones are not identical and for me that is what makes this unique pair of earrings truly natural material and “hand-made”.

Sodalite is quite opaque and ranges from dark to light blue with streaks white. Sodalite is sourced mainly from North America, France,Russia, Myanmar, Romania and Brazil.

Sodalite is said to have healing properties and is used by Crystal and Chakra healing practitioners, however, I cannot state this as a fact because I am not a spiritual healing practitioner and would recommend you to do your own research on the healing properties of the stone/crystal. <hr>
